Usage of COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner:

1. Cleanse your face – after cleansing to remove impurities.

2. Spray or Use a Cotton Pad – You can either spray the toner directly onto your face or wet a cotton pad and gently wipe your skin.

3. Allow to absorb - wait until the toner is completely absorbed.

Use morning and evening as the first step after cleansing, before serums and creams.
